Kundalini yoga classes involve working with dormant energy within to awaken yourself to a higher state of being. This class includes breathwork, light movement, meditation and relaxation with a focus on glandular health and immune boosting.

 

Deva Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and hypnotherapist who has been teaching Kundalini Yoga around the world since 1992 and happily facilitating workshops and a weekly Kundalini Yoga class at High Desert Yoga since 2016. Online Class

This class will take place on Zoom. Register for the class at least 30 minutes beforehand. You will receive the Zoom link in a confirmation email at the end of the registration process and again in a reminder email one day before the class. Please join the Zoom meeting 10–15 minutes before the class begins.

While you do not need a Zoom plan to participate, you can set up a free Basic Zoom Plan to practice using Zoom.
