Prenatal yoga practice helps address the physical discomforts of pregnancy such as low-back pain and sciatica, while also providing useful movements and breathing techniques that promote optimal fetal positioning and prepare for labor. Restorative poses and meditation help expectant moms decrease stress and regain energy and vitality for a healthy journey toward motherhood. An additional gift of this class is providing mothers-to-be the opportunity to connect and build community in a supportive environment. This online class is held: Saturday 12–1:30 PM with Zhenya
