For the past 15 years, Yoga del Pacifico on the beach at Manzanillo Bay has been home base for many wonderful High Desert Yoga retreats. Taking time away from the routine of daily life, practicing yoga, pranayama, meditating, playing on the beach and swimming in the warm waves of the Pacific Ocean, eating healthy and delicious meals, having good company, laughter and friendship bring out the best in us. For some students, Yoga Retreats in Troncones have become a yearly tradition. The beauty of nature, the sunsets, the sound of the ocean, and the warmth of the local people are unforgettable. Peace, childlike playfulness, and friendships that form and last, deepen the bonds of our community, and renew body, mind, and spirit.
